But while Cyclone is part of the cheerleading team, the dog is likewise a companion to Harrison Chmura. Harrison is one of the members of the cheerleading team. The reason why Cyclone is part of the group is to look after Harrison. Harrison is non-verbal, and Cyclone’s job is to keep the boy focused on what he does in the team.
Harrison’s father, John, said in an interview that without Cyclone, Harrison quickly becomes irritated. This is why they hired the services of the pooch. Cyclone joins Harrison wherever he goes, including in the cheerleading practices.
John also talked to the trainer to give the dog a role so that Harrison will all the more be challenged to do his best in the routine. Gamin said that Cyclone plays a vital role in their routine, and the dog’s presence gives energy to the cheerleaders.
